Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026 · KANAH (kanah.in)
1. Service Engagement & Scope Approval
All client engagements are conducted based on an agreed written proposal, quote, or statement of work detailing the deliverables, timeline estimates, payment terms, and scope boundaries. Any modifications or additional features requested beyond the approved scope are subject to separate estimation and quotation.
2. Payments & Milestone Billing
Project fees, milestone deposits, or recurring maintenance billings are invoiced in accordance with the specific client agreement. Work commences upon clearance of the agreed upfront deposit. Third-party costs (e.g. domain registration, commercial APIs, cloud hosting plans) are billed directly or quoted separately.
3. Intellectual Property & Revisions
Upon full settlement of all agreed fees, ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client, excluding pre-existing libraries, open-source frameworks, and standard development tooling. Revisions are provided within the scope limits defined in each package.
4. Third-Party Dependencies & Support Boundaries
Websites, APIs, and AI integrations rely on third-party services and infrastructure. KANAH is not liable for service outages, algorithmic changes, or policy updates caused by third-party platforms. Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting after project handover are provided under defined support contracts.
